Hi, My landlord is renting a room in her apartment. The location is very good near Lidl and ICA. You can bike to the center only for 5 minutes. The rent is 4000 Sek and everything is included. The room has 1.5 person bed (140*200 cm), one dest and one shelf. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The laundry is in the basement with a dryer and everything. The house is fully furnished and you do not need to bring anything. It is not good for partying and only good for a calm person! You can stay here for a minimum of one month which is started on the 3rd of November and the price is 4000 and you need to pay the deposit for 2000 Sek which you receive as soon as you leave if there is no damage to the room. In the case for longer contract the deposit will be one month rent. Then if you wish to stay for a longer period you should be able to speak at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Kurdish, Arabic or Farsi.
