Room available in a shared house. We are five professionals/master students, 2 males and 3 females, from different countries sharing a large 200 m2 house in Barkaby. We have one room available from now and another room will be available by January 1st. It is a comfortable living with truly relaxed atmosphere. Commuter train, must faster than the metro, takes 15 minutes to Odenplan in Vasastan and shops are nearby. The house is renovated and has all conveniences including wifi, barbeque, garden and several bikes for loan. The cost is 5500 sek incl paper, soaps, detergents etc. Also, best of all, we have some cleaning services of bathrooms and halls. Only non-smokers.
