I am working abroad until summer 2021 and want to rent out my flat with all furniture and everything.
The flat is very central 5 min walking from Triangle train station next to square St. Knut and close to Folkets park.
The flat consist of 2 big bedrooms, each with big double bed, wardrobe and desc. Kitchen is connected with living room with sofa and TV.
Nice wooden floors in whole flat. Apartment is nice and newly renovated with new bathroom including small washing machine.
Internet and normal electricity use is included in the rent.
Monthly rent is 10 000 SEK. Apartment is fully furnished and available from now.
I can rent it from 4 months up to summer 2021.
I wish to rent to professionals working in Malmö or someone with stable income and good references.
