Hej! Jag hyr ut min lägenhet p.g.a.
utlandsstudier.Om lägenheten: Ljus och rymlig lägenhet med hög
standard och byggnadsår 2008. Modern planlösning
med rymlig hall, stort sovrum med bra
förvaringsmöjligheter (fyra garderober), luftigt
och ljust vardagsrum med öppen planlösning mot
köket samt nyrenoverat badrum med tvättmaskin och
torktumlare. Våningsplan tre ger ett härligt
ljusinsläpp och trevlig utsikt från balkongen i
västerläge. Lägenheten är belägen i norra delen av
centrum med gångavstånd till LTH,
Centralstationen, Universitetssjukhuset m.m. Det
finns ett cykelgarage och närmsta busshållplats
ligger precis utanför dörren. I föreningen finns
två besöksparkeringar (24h). Lägenheten uthyres
möblerad med fullt utrustat kök, städgrejer, TV,
hi-fi, mm.Uthyres enligt överenskommelse från 9 juni till 31
augusti. I avgiften ingår allt förutom P-plats i
föreningens garage (går att hyra vid behov). Söker
en person (eller ett par) som hyr lägenheten under
hela perioden. Rökning och djur får inte

and a nice view from the balcony facing west.
Located in the northern part of central Lund with
LTH, Lund C, University Hospital, etc. within
walking distance. There is a bicycle garage and
the nearest bus stop is right outside the door.
Apartment letted furnished with access to fully
equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, TV, hi-fi,
etc.The apartment is rented by agreement between 9
June and 31 August.The fee includes everything except for parking
space in the garage (if needed). I am only seeking
one tenant (possibly one couple) for the entire
