Hi future roomie
In the start of April I offer a spacious, modern and cozy room in a large apartment in the central area nya Gårda.
The area is close to svingeln and Nya Ullevi. And 20m from the door you have very convenient and frequent departure of bus 60 with to stops to the central station.
From here you can walk every where downtown.
The area is modern and has many young professionals and families in the area. (build in 2011)
In the entrance there is plenty of space for shoes and coats, conveniently stored away.
There are two bathrooms and a shower in the apartment.
Downstairs, there are two laundry rooms with washer, dryer, drying locker and mangler. One is always available.
The house hold is mixed gender. We show consideration respect, and we always clean after ourselves. Not only that but the common utilities should always be cleaned and put back when they are not used. There is a rotating cleanings schedule where yuo are responsible for an area one week, then someone else the next two weeks.
We sort all out garbage and have a rotating cleaning responsibility. It’s all organized in a very practical manner.

- Furnished 70 square meter living room and kitchen fully stocked with utilities.
- 2 shared bathrooms.
We are looking for people that can move in from 1st September or 1st of October.
