othersAbout the apartment:The total area is 138m2, it's situated on the
fourth floor with no elevator(!). All rooms except
kitchen and bathrooms are stuccoed with parquet
floor. Dishwasher in the kitchen, laundry in the
basement. Small but lovely courtyard. WifiAbout the room:The room is let furnished. The rent is 3500 SEK
per month, with tv/wifi/electricity included in
the price. The rent is paid in advance, and a
deposition is paid in conjunction with the
contract signing. The deposition will be repaid
when you move out, minus eventual costs for
repairs and cleaning. Notice is two whole calendar
