I live in a large apartment close to Hornstull (5
min with bus/10 min by walking). The surroundings
are beautiful, with nature and nice walking paths
along the water; it is the tranquility in the
middle of town. The room will be rented out from the 1st of
October. Rent is 6000 kr/month. The room is 12m2, and furnished with a bed (120
cm), two bed tables and two big wardrobes and a
desk. From the window you have a really nice view
over the water. You will have access to kitchen,
two bathrooms, laundry room, storage for bikes and
sauna. I am looking for a WOMAN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE, CALM
AND TIDY. You need to be a person who both
appreciate a clean and organized home AND do your
part for keeping it that way. If you can provide any references when we meet,
that would be great. Although I am a rather friendly and social person,
I do enjoy having peace and quiet at home, and
time alone. Besides, the house in which I live is very
peaceful and quiet, so this is not a place to
party. Rather a place to relax. Well, it´s fine to
have friends over for dinner once in a while.For me it is important with a good home
atmosphere, and that we both feel comfortable. I do believe in mutual respect and honest
communication! :) VERY GOOD SWEDISH or ENGLISH IS A MUST, so we
fully understand each other. Since it lives a cat here, you CAN´T HAVE ANY
ALLERGY TO CAT. I also prefer if you are a NON SMOKER, don´t use
strong perfume, hair spray and other chemicals,
since we will share bathroom. However, I do use
incense in the apartment sometimes. If you are interested in renting the room, please
write to me in Swedish or English. Tell me little
about yourself, hobbies and how you usually spend
your free time. More important, I like to know your WORK SITUATION
concerning WHAT DAYS AND HOURS you are at work. As long as the add is out here, you can apply..
