A mutually agreed inventory list will be attached to the leasing contract. - Water, electricity and internet is included in the rent. - Home/household insurance is included but limited to the property of the landlord. - Pets are not allowed. - A shared washing facility is available in the basement. - The termination notice is 2 months, both for the landlord and the tenant. - Deposit of 1 month. - Rents are paid upfront.
