nice balcony (great for a summer evening
chill-out).Flat is located in a calm area and it's close to
the nice park, green hills (kullorna), Hyliebadet
(indoor swimming pool), Emporia and Mobilia
shopping centers. It has a good public transport -
bus no. 6 just from the doorstep can quickly take
you to Hyllie/ Copenhagen and to the city center.
10 min walk to buses no. 7 and 8.Internet, electricity and water included (within a
reason). About you (1 person or a couple, no children, no
pets):- permanent employment and stable economy
(association will be doing credit check)- non-smoker (its not allowed to smoke inside
even on the balcony)- 1 month deposit and own house insurance will be
