I am now renting out a room in my apartment. I would like someone who’s also gentle, understanding and neat. The person must have a fixed Job. Preferably a single person and a lady as well..It is long term.
About the house:
The house is 100sqms in size, has three rooms, a badroom, kitchen and an extra Toliet, located on the last floor(3rd floor) in the building, you would be renting out one room.
Location:
It is located at Grusåsgränd Enskedelen, Stockholm. The metro station is two minutes walk from the house, the metro station is called Sandsborg which takes 10 minutes to Stockholm central station using the green line.
It is also 4minutes walking distance to ICA supermarket so shopping is easy.
Price :
The price is 4,500 monthly, with electricity, internet bill, trash and water bill included.
It is unfurnished.
1 month deposit.
Move in:
The move in date is April 1st 2021.
