Two female English speakers and one male Swede are looking for a person to rent a room in our house for 6 months in Segeltorp. 10 Minute walk from the Fruängen station with access to multiple buses close by. December 15th 2019 to June 15th 2020 ( with the possibility for extension after June 2020). The Rent is 5975kr a month. Utilities and water are split bi monthly. No cable, but wifi included. A deposit of 5725 kr and half a months rent is required on move in. The room is approximately 24 sq m and comes mostly furnished, but with no bed. However, the person who is currently renting the room is willing to sell the full sized bed that is in there now. We will share 2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, laundry room, and two living areas Furthermore, there is a driveway for car parking.. We are looking for someone clean, friendly, with a reliable source of income. Current tenant (initial point of contact) leaving to due to work relocation.
