our 3-person shared apartment has a free room available from today until the end of November. Our flat is located in central Malmö, with a lot of shopping malls, clubs, bars and restaurants around. It is only 5 minutes walking distance to the bus and train station “Triangeln” from where direct trains and busses are going every few minutes to Lund and pretty much every other area inside and outside Malmö.
The room comes without furniture (potentially we can arrange a bed, a desk and a wardrobe) and is around 15 m2. The rent is 4300 SEK/month. Electricity and WiFi is included in the rent.
We a big, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room and a bathroom. Total apartment size is 94 sqm.
You would live together with Sofie, who works in a Hotel in Malmö and me, a PhD student working in the Chemistry department in Lund. Please leave me a pm with information about yourself if you are interested
