Hi,

 We are two flatmates with a furnished room to rent
out for a year, in our shared apartment. It is a
single room in a large apartment of 80m2 in
Danderyd, close to Mörby centrum (10 min walk).The house is one half of a villa and we share a
big living room with a lovely fireplace, large
kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with
washing machine and dryer. The outside area has a
patio, garden and separate balcony.Connections into town are really good with the
tunnelbana from Mörby (red line).From home:Tekniska 20 minT centralen 30 minSlussen 35 minTäby 30 min by busClose to nature (Rinkebyskogen and Roslagsleden)We are both easy going, friendly internationals,
who like cooking, music and lots of other things.
We are looking for a non-smoker who is also easy
going and would keep the shared spaces tidy.
Occasionally there is a dog over to stay, so
unfortunately no-one with allergies.The room is immediately available and rent is 7000
SEK, which includes heat/el/internet. Please send
