Looking for nice flatmates! Do you want to share a big 2-floors 1450 m2 apartment in the heart of Malmö? The apartment is 100 m from Scandic Triangeln and and is exclusively renovated and furnished. It is spread over two floors connected by inner stairs. Two big bedrooms are on upper floor and one is on bottom floor. What is good that each floor have own bathroom, own kitchen, own balcony and a separate living room. There is also separate entrance on each floor! Therefore there is a lot of space and common areas. I am the owner of this flat and live there. The idea is to be 3 persons sharing the whole flat. As I am 35 then I would prefer 28+ years, preferably working persons, long term contracts for each room. I run my own IT business and do work often from home. I would like to share the flat with social persons, hang out together sometimes but there is lots of space to be for yourself as well. Most important is that personalities of persons match and we all come well along together so that it is nice to share this huge flat.
