My flat is on the oldest street in Lund right in the centre of the city. It's 3-4 minutes walk from the university, the railway station, the shops and the gym. I'm renting out two separate bedrooms. One is bigger than the other but the smaller room has its own entrance. (My daughter is often here so women are preferred.)
The price is 5500 sek / per month. Everything is included. There are no extras.
